PLAN YOUR TRIP

NOT TO BE MISSED

The main attraction of Kratie province and Koh Pdao ecotourism site are the fresh water Irrawaddy dolphins living in the Mekong. Besides this Kratie offers beautiful sunsets, a fascinating landscape on the Mekong River and a nice river beach during dry season. Visitors can learn about traditional Khmer livelihoods and enjoy Khmer traditional dances or prepare local Khmer dishes. You can also go trekking in the village or into the jungle, as well as cycling or taking a boat trip around the island.

1 – 2 DAYS STAY

You can easily spend several days at this beautiful spot, just enjoying the slow pace of rural life. We would recommend to combine the visit to this site with some of the other ecotourism sites around Kratie or one day stop off at Kratie city.
